Meet Our Chef

Miki Katayama

The owner & Chef, Miki, has graduated from Iowa State University with her Master’s degree in Food Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science. She has also graduated with a Culinary degree in Japan. She also grew up in a traditional Japanese family, where she learned Kaiseki and Shojin cuisine from her  ….
